Let me start by saying my son has a very prominent stutter. Sometimes every other word is a struggle for him to get out.  I have been to multiple speech therapists and felt like my son was just a number in line . Finally, after a few years of seeing multiple speech therapists and being failed by the public school system we found Toth speech therapy! Maria Toth has taught my son strategies and tools that he actually uses on his own in his life! He enjoys his sessions with her!  Maria has helped my sons confidence in being a person who stutters, even my extended family noticed! She really cares about my sons feelings and has gave him comfort in my "stutter does not define me!" She does not rush their sessions and gives extra time if needed! Maria is not only a good therapist but also an advocate. She would be there with you throughout and guide you through the proper steps. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. If it were not for Maria and her team, I would have felt lost on how to embark on this new adventure with my kids. Don't hesitate to choose her as your children's therapist. She will attend the school meeting with you and give her input. She would find someone to help you with particular stuff if she could not help you. Thank you for all you do for my family. Maria is by far the best speech pathologist around. Our son made huge strides in his speech when working with Maria. He was excited to meet with her, lessons were fun and effective. Maria is caring, knowledgeable, and professional.

My daughter Avery is making so much progress and her speech has improved tremendously! She’s enjoys going weekly. Maria is Very professional, warm and caring. She makes the process fun for her with games, art projects and other crafty things she comes up with to keep her engaged! After my daughter has her sessions, I get pictures and updates, and help with what to work on at home. She’s also always available if I have any questions. Fantastic! Highly recommended. Maria is not only very knowledgeable and highly skilled, but also extremely caring and personable. Saw results very quickly and her in-home services were very convenient for a busy family. Teacher and school admin recommended and there is a reason why.

My daughter made so much progress with Maria. She loved working with her so we decided to have our son join in too! Maria is professional but keeps things light and fun. She’s very patient and doesn’t rush. We appreciated the feedback after each session and the encouragement and guidance to work with the kids at home. Highly recommend Maria Toth!
